Role

Shareability is looking for an influencer manager who will be responsible for helping develop, and execute robust influencer strategies for a variety of clients. You will engage with digital influencers and content creators to help promote our client’s brands, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer campaign execution including sourcing talent, negotiating, contracting, briefing, and reporting across social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

  • Manage timelines, budgets, content calendars, and approval workflows for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks

  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, social, brand, strategy, and data teams from campaign development through reporting to ensure influencer content feels native, on-brief, and aligned with campaign goals

  • Track performance metrics and translate quant and qual insights into strategic recommendations

  • Build and maintain a network of trusted creators, agents, and managers

  • Stay ahead of platform trends, creator behaviors, and emerging voices

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proven communication strength and ability to present strategic rationale

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, attend client meetings, and build long-term partnerships rooted in trust and confidence

  • Excellent creator taste and brand judgment, paired with a data-informed approach to decision-making

  • Experience managing influencer partnerships, with a strong understanding of key contract terms (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety and the ability to negotiate

  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable insights

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

  • Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias toward action

  • Deeply ingrained in social platforms, specifically YouTube/YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging networks

  • Experience with influencer marketing management platforms (CreatorIQ)

*The salary range is $85k annually to $95k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
