Role

Shareability is looking for an Influencer Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the execution and day-to-day operations of robust influencer campaigns for a variety of clients. In this role, you will act as a key point of support for the influencer team helping bring our client’s brand stories, products, and services to life through influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Sourcing: Own influencer list builds based in strategy and industry knowledge.

  • Campaign Execution & Support: Execute critical campaign support functions including outreach, in-depth brand safety reviews, content reviews and internal database maintenance. Ensure seamless execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Content & Brand Alignment: Ensure all influencer content aligns with the creative brief, brand's aesthetic, values, messaging, and tone. Use creative thinking to help develop engaging, authentic content.

  • Data, Tracking & Reporting: Maintain "source of truth" campaign documents and internal influencer databases. Monitor and analyze influencer performance, providing data-driven reports, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Compliance & Safety: Conduct in-depth brand safety reviews and ensure all partnerships and content strictly comply with current FTC guidelines and brand guidelines. 

  • Trend & Industry Awareness: Stay deeply informed on the latest social media platforms, industry trends, and shifts in the influencer landscape.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within a fast-paced digital or agency environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be a confident speaker fluent in drafting polished, professional communications for both internal teams and external clients.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with spreadsheets, including formulas and data manipulation (Google Suite/Google Sheets preferred).

    • Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., Asana) and influencer databases (e.g., CreatorIQ) is a plus.

    • Familiarity leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiencies is a plus.

  • Platform Knowledge: Culturally savvy and deeply ingrained in social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Direct experience managing a professional social media channel is a major plus.

  • Core Competencies: Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong time-management skills.

    • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; able to multitask, pivot quickly, and support multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.

    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively seeking clarity.

    • A positive, professional collaborator who excels in both team settings and autonomous assignments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

**The salary range is $60k to $75k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
