Role
Shareability is looking for a detail oriented Influencer Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with influencer initiatives and project management across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in influencer marketing, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a nuanced, savvy grasp of internet culture. They’ll possess strong attention to detail, ability to see around corners and anticipate needs, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: building and maintaining campaign trackers and databases, supporting campaign execution logistics and conducting influencer and marketplace research The Coordinator reports directly to our Senior Account Manager, supports the influencer marketing department and collaborates with a dynamic team of subject matter experts and project leads.

Coordinate team check-ins, project next steps, timelines, influencer status recaps, deliverables tracking, payment processing, rights and usage reporting
Drive clarity through receipts populating, beautifying, and tracking source of truth documents (typically sheets) based on evolving campaign details
Communicate with talent agencies, influencers, clients, and cross-functional team members - building relationships
Support critical campaign functions including influencer list builds, campaign outreach, in-depth brand safety reviews, maintenance of internal databases and ad hoc requests

Detail-oriented and extremely well organized with strong time management skills
A clear and concise communicator, a confident speaker also fluent in drafting polished communications
Comfortable with ambiguity and has a willingness to search for clarity and solutions
A self-starter and has the ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, especially when there are multiple projects and/or clients. Experience in supporting multiple projects simultaneously while also being client facing is preferred.
A positive and professional collaborator who works well in a group setting and can also thrive with independent assignments
Culturally savvy and ingrained in social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and beyond

Experience in a fast-paced digital and/or entertainment agency environment, 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing a must, project management experience is preferred
A relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a related field like communications or marketing
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills both internally and with outside clients
Strong relationship building skills - the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
Proficient with formulas and manipulating data in spreadsheets. Experience with Google Suite, including Google Sheets is preferred.
Familiarity with project management systems like Asana and influencer databases like CreatorIQ is a plus
Familiarity leveraging AI for efficiencies is a plus
Direct experience running a professional social media channel is a big plus
** The salary range is $60k to $75k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
