Role
Shareability is looking for a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to contribute to the retention and strategic growth of client accounts. The ideal candidate brings a mix of structure, poise, and adaptability—someone who brings clarity to ambiguity, translates uncertainty into direction, and takes pride in well-run systems.
This role is accountable for the success of assigned clients, providing an outstanding client experience and consistent high-quality deliverables. They oversee daily client interactions and ensure every workstream stays on schedule and within scope through strong project management and hands-on support.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and building long-term partnerships
Act as a trusted advisor, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and resolving issues with professionalism and diplomacy
Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, brand identity, goals, and broader marketing efforts to ensure alignment and success
Resolve misaligned expectations or client dissatisfaction with a focus on maintaining trust and delivering results
Escalate significant scope changes or budget concerns to the full leadership team while providing well-thought-out solutions & recommended client communications
Help to identify opportunities to expand client accounts, working closely with leadership to craft proposals
Project Management and Execution
Act as the key liaison between clients, account leadership and internal working teams, resolving conflicts, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and driving clarity and progress
Lead across key project management responsibilities for assigned projects, including detailed planning and workback scheduling, execution, and tracking of deliverables - either personally or through oversight for supporting PMs & coordinators
Assign and clarify task prioritization for the internal team based on client needs and expectations
Facilitate project progress by organizing meetings, setting agendas, capturing notes and action items for internal and external distribution, delegating tasks, and disseminating key updates to stakeholders
Proactively identify potential risks or challenges to project delivery, timelines, or budgets, and develop contingency plans
Drive routing/approval processes and ensure deliverables meet both client and internal quality standards
Adjust workflows, process and documentation as needed to improve efficiency and scalability (e.g., Asana, Google Drive)
Support the Managing Director in overall budget management and spend tracking as needed

Tenacity, poise, confidence
6+ years related experience (ideally servicing client projects in a creative agency or production/studio environment)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills both internally and with external clients
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Wrike, or similar
Experience using Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Keynote / Google Slides and macOS
Working knowledge of social media platforms, paid media, influencer marketing, and campaign metrics

*The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
